The Garden Route is a small strip of the Southern African coastline which enjoys a rich bio-diverse ecology. Every year, thousands of visitors from around the world are attracted to the pristine beauty and exceptional fauna and flora of the area. Plettenberg Bay is peaceful and laid back. That doesn't mean the night life is boring. It's just that you're more likely to wake up to the sound of the ocean and bird song than rush hour traffic and police sirens.

There are a number of fantastic local restaurants where you can soak up the ambiance, and introduce your taste buds to some new friends. Being a coastal town, the seafood is divine.
