What does it cost to advertise my home on Go-Plett Property Finder?
- Your advertisement, text only. R 285.00
- Your advertisement, including text and 6 colour photo's taken by Go-Plett. R450.00
- Monthly hosting cost. R45pm Minimum 6 Months
- After 6 Months the cost is reduced by 50% for the duration of the add.
- Pictures: After you email your application, Go-Plett will contact you within 24h to schedule an appointment to take the pictures of your house. These pictures will then be loaded to your advertisement by Go-Plett.
- Additional Costs When selling your home - These costs are not linked to Go-Plett
All Prices include VAT at 14%
Where can I get Advertising Boards?
- Go-Plett can provide advertising boards.
- Custom Boards available FOR SALE / TO LET / ON SHOW Cost R 150-00 per board
Hints for Sellers
Ask a fair price for your property. Do not charge more than what the property is worth. Given the fact that no commission is payed, you should ask a more competitive price for your property. Serious sellers will ask the right price in terms of what the market is prepared to pay for a property in your area.
High prices, may leave prospective clients disappointed, expecting much more than the cost suggests. Clients will choose to buy elsewhere.
We advise against adding your details to Go-Plett if you have signed a sole mandate with a real estate agent, rather wait until such time as the sole mandate has expired with that estate agent before advertising on Go-Plett.
WARNING! Do not let clients take occupation of your property until you have bank guarantees issued in your favour by the bank that the money is available when transfer takes place.
